· Attend with others: Invite more representatives from your organizations to participate
· Join on a larger screen (desktop, laptop, or tablet) as some sessions are interactive
· For meetings, please remember to check your video and mute yourself when not speaking as a best practice
· Minimize distractions
· Follow the 20-20-20 rule every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds
